Ansata bowl, belonging to the Bonu Ighinu culture of the Middle Neolithic. By culture we mean the production of artefacts that have homogeneous characteristics, found in different places in Sardinia, but sharing the same period.
This culture takes its name from a locality in the province of Sassari but which has spread particularly in the flat and lagoon areas. Type of artefact intended for funeral objects. Burials generally took place in natural caves.

This artifact was created and decorated entirely by hand with the same techniques used in prehistory, subjected to an antiquing process and finally cooked at a temperature of 950° for approximately 15 hours.
