The artefact I presented is inspired by the original statuette kept in the Bucharest museum. It is an expression of the Hamangia culture, a culture that developed in the Middle Neolithic of the northern Balkans, which includes the Danube area. Many terracotta figurines that express a profound spirituality belong to this culture.
This artifact was created and modeled entirely by hand, cooked at a temperature of 950° for approximately 15 hours.
